MASATS, S.A., hereinafter the DATA CONTROLLER, is the Data Controller of the User’s personal data and hereby informs you that these data will be processed pursuant to the provisions of personal data protection regulations in effect, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDRP) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and therefore, it is providing you with the following processing information:


Purpose of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The types of processing will be:


  • Sending commercial advertising by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other present or future electronic or physical means which enables the sending of commercial communications when previously authorised. These communications shall be sent by the DATA CONTROLLER and be related to its products and services or its partners or suppliers with which it has reached some type of promotional agreement. In such case, third parties will never have access to any of the personal data.
  • Conducting statistical studies.
  • Processing orders, requests or any other type of query from the user through any of the contact methods made available.
  • Sending the website newsletter.


Data conservation criteria: data will be conserved as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and they will be deleted when no longer needed for such purpose under adequate security measures so as to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or complete destruction thereof.


Data disclosure: Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal requirement to do so.


Users have the following rights:


  • The right to revoke their consent at any time.
  • The right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of their data and limitation or opposition to the processing thereof.
  • The right to submit a claim with the control authority ( if the user believes the processing does not comply with the laws in effect.

The User hereby guarantees that any personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are accurate and is liable for communicating any change in them.

The DATA CONTROLLER hereby informs and expressly guarantees to users that their personal data will not be assigned under any circumstance to any third party and that it will always request express, informed and unequivocal consent from Users before assigning any personal data. All of the data requested through the website are mandatory as they are needed to provide the User the best possible service. If all data are not supplied, the information and services provided cannot be guaranteed as completely appropriate to their needs.





In accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations in effect, the DATA CONTROLLER is compliant with all of the provisions of GDPR for processing personal data it is responsible for and particularly with the principles described in article 5 GDPR.  Therefore, all data are processed legally, faithfully and transparently as relates to the data subject and as adequate, pertinent and limited to that which are strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.


The DATA CONTROLLER hereby guarantees it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by GDPR in order to protect Users’ rights and liberties and that it has communicated the adequate information so they may exercise such rights.
