For Masats, corporate social responsibility means improving the company's role in society. Our aim is to improve its impact on the environment and thereby develop the economy of the zone. The purpose of our work is to improve the quality of life of our employees, collaborators and, generally, the people for whom our products have been designed, be they customers or end users.

Relations with our customers and suppliers
The aim of Masats is to work honestly to create responsible and long-lasting commercial relationships. Social responsibility is also important for Masats when selecting suppliers.
Guaranteeing respect for the environment and continuing to improve the environment saw Masats awarded the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certificate in 2007. In 2011, it was awarded the EMAS III European Regulation certificate and published the Environment Statement.
Masats works to reduce its impact on the environment by making continuous improvements to its processes.
Masats collaborates financially with local organisations, such as the Convent de Santa Clara Foundation – Food Bank to help people in financial difficulties. It also undertakes specific collaborations with other NGOs.
The company works with local agencies to promote local culture and sport.
Masats collaborates with the AMPANS Centre, an organisation devoted to ensuring the integration of people with intellectual difficulties into the employment market.
